* Resistance Bands
* Weighted Balls / Weights
* Fitness Ball
* Push-ups - on floor
* Push-ups - standing (standing facing the wall put your hands out and proceed to do a push up)
* Sit-ups
* Squats
* Jump Rope
* Stretching
