10 Steps to Lose 10 Pounds
Step 1 - Cleanse your body

vEating more fiber (see Step 9 for good sources of fiber)
vDrink at least 70 ounces of water every day (see Step 7) and by
vTaking colon cleansing (or detox) diet pills first thing in the morning & before bed.
This is the easiest way to lose a quick 5 pounds without exercising (or more than 5lbs depending on the type of diet you had & your frequency of bowl movements) and… You may notice your tummy getting flatter due to the pounds of waste being released from your colon.
Step 2 - Increase your metabolism by 43%

Step 5 - How to lose weight without getting hungry
Maintain a high fiber / high protein diet while doing all the other 9 steps and you’ll never get hungry while losing weight fast. Make sure the 1200 - 2000 calories you eat every day come from only high fiber (which are carbs) & high protein food sources in step 9. Did you know that it’s harder for your body to convert fiber & protein into fat and your body has to burn a lot of calories to process fiber & protein?
Step 6 - Get rid of water weight (part 1)
To lose water weight you need to eat less than 1500mg of salt per day by avoiding JUNK FOOD, canned goods & frozen foods and make sure you read food labels to make sure you’re keeping your salt intake low. Too much salt will slow your metabolism and it makes it harder for you to lose weight since salt causes you to retain water.
Step 7 - Get rid of water pounds
Drink 70 ounces or more of water every day to get rid of any excess water weight you may have. Water is PURE with no salt or minerals added. In some cases depending on how much salt you were eating & how little water you were drinking you can expect to lose 5 pounds (of water) in 2 days just by doing steps 6 & 7.
Step 8 - Don’t get stressed out
Try to get rid of all bad stress and avoid any belly fat gain by taking a 10 day vacation. Bad stress forces you to eat even when you’re not hungry and if you know anything about cortisol and stress then you know all the weight you gain will be mostly belly fat.
Step 9 - Eat only these foods to lose 10 lbs. In 10 days
High fiber sources like; RAW not cooked fruits & vegetables, unsalted nuts, bran muffins, unsalted popcorn, beans, rice and oatmeal.
Protein sources like whey or soy protein shakes, baked fish, tuna, salmon, natural peanut butter, skim milk and low-fat yogurt.
Step 10 - Do not eat these foods if you’re trying to lose 10 lbs. In 10 days
NO alcohol, chocolate, NO fruit juices, NO fried foods, salt, tobacco, white flour and white sugar, and NO FAST FOODS.
The more overweight you are… the more weight you will lose and when you lose 10 pounds or more in 10 days. Maintain your weight by increasing your calorie intake back to normal while exercising daily (see step 3) and eating the bad foods (see step 10) once in a while.
